ગ્રાહકો માટે શીખ:
ઓનલાઈન ખરીદી કરતી વખતે, હવે તમને વેચાણકર્તાની સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી અને સ્પષ્ટ રિટર્ન પોલિસી મળશે. જો કોઈ સમસ્યા થાય, તો ફરિયાદ નિવારણ માટે પ્લેટફોર્મ જવાબદાર રહેશે.
ઈ-કોમર્સ પ્લેટફોર્મ માટે:
પ્લેટફોર્મ્સે પારદર્શિતા વધારવી પડશે અને ગ્રાહક ફરિયાદો માટે એક નોડલ ઓફિસરની નિમણૂક કરવી પડશે. ભ્રામક જાહેરાતો અને 'ડાર્ક પેટર્ન'નો ઉપયોગ કરવા પર પ્રતિબંધ છે.
